Who We Are
On a sailing vessel, there are many variables to consider – none more important than wind direction. The chosen route, the shape of the sail, and the arrangement of the crew all depend on knowing which way the wind is blowing. A misjudgment can mean wasted time, compromised performance, or worse, a capsized boat. Today, many businesses find themselves navigating uncharted waters without the capabilities in place to effectively manage their core operations. In the face of changing economic winds – spiraling costs, shifting demand, shrinking credit – the challenges of operating a modern, customer-centric business are daunting. The solution lies in knowing what direction to turn.
We specialize in supply chain, procurement and operational consulting for high-impact small and medium-sized businesses. We drive measureable financial results by partnering with our clients to develop integrated solutions that fit their distinct business model, capabilities, and strategic focus. Whether we are advising client decision makers or leading a hands-on implementation, our ideas and recommendations are actionable. We work alongside each client to manage change and co-author deliverables grounded in facts, not conjecture.
